1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged

• Product received is defective

• Wrong product delivered

👉 Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

2. Mandatory Proof (Non-Negotiable)

To process any claim, customer must provide:

• Unboxing video (starting from sealed package)

• Clear photos of damaged/defective product

❗ Without unboxing video, claims will not be accepted

3. Non-Returnable Cases

• Change of mind / dislike after delivery

• Minor color/finish variations (common in metal & handcrafted items)

• Used or installed products

• Requests raised after 48 hours

4. Replacement / Refund Decision

• We will prioritize replacement (if product is available)

• If replacement is not possible, refund will be issued

5. Refund Timeline

• Inspection after return pickup: 2–3 days

• Refund processing: 5–7 working days

6. Order Cancellation

• Allowed only before dispatch
